Bengals Roster Down to 53 Players

The Bengals roster had to reach 53 men by 4pm today and they made some tough decisions. Players like Danieal Manning were among final cuts the Bengals made. Many had argued that Manning had made enough of a statement to be above the line, but nevertheless here are the 53 players left standing:
