Former Bengals player Ickey Woods Shuffles for GEICO

During the NFL’s first game of the season last night, GEICO released their latest commercial, which features former Bengals star Ickey Woods.

Woods became best known for his celebratory “Ickey Shuffle” during the late 1980’s while with the team.  The Bengals are looking forward to a great season in 2014 and what better way is there to start the season with a classic Bengals celebration.  Maybe one of the Bengals current running backs will pay homage to Woods in the coming season by reintroducing the world to his now world famous celebration.  Here’s a look back at the “Ickey Shuffle” in its heyday.
