The Cincinnati Bengals were able to keep the Atlanta Falcons’ explosive offense in check on Sunday en route to the team’s 24-10 win.  The Bengals defense was stout while the offense did enough in the second half to secure the win.  The Bengals emphasized their strengths while putting together a solid overall performance.  But as Marvin Lewis often eludes to, there are several facets of the game where the Bengals need to improve.  As the season progresses, improvement in these areas will be vital if the team is to make the playoffs and get over its past January woes.  Yesterday was another opportunity for this team to evaluate itself while chalking up their second “W” on the season.  Here are the Bengals’ winners and losers vs. the Falcons on Sunday.
