As you can imagine, Green has reportedly been ruled out for the week.
Bengals WR AJ Green is in a walking boot at practice today. Multiple sources say he will not play Sunday vs Panthers.

Andy Dalton and the Bengals will not look to Mohamed Sanu to be the star on the outside. Sanu’s role was already increased this year due to the injuries to Marvin Jones. Now Sanu will have to really shine in Green’s absence. The Panthers secondary is a little banged up this week, which bodes well for Sanu.
Giovani Bernard should be on the field more as a receiver this week, which should also mean an increased workload for Jeremy Hill. After playing only 11 snaps this past Sunday, Hill really needs to see more of the field anyway.

Beyond this, little used reserve Dane Sanzenbacher should get substantial snaps this week. Sanzenbacher has been known to come up big for the Bengals, albeit sporadically. Maybe this week’s game will earn his some extra looks in the future.
Jermaine Gresham could really help out in A.J. Green’s absence if he can manage a reappearance in the offense this week. Although he’s played a large majority of the snaps this year–about 91%)–Gresham has been nearly invisible in the receiving game. This could be his opportunity to really step and summon the old Gresham circa 2012.
