When Andre Smith went down for the season, the Bengals brought in Eric Winston to fill-in the vacated offensive tackle position. Although there has not been an official announcement from the Bengals it didn’t stop Winston from making one on his own.
Excited to say I'm headed back to the Bengals! #whodey

Last month, our own David Petrocelli pointed out that Winston played a huge role in the success of the Bengals’ offensive line with Marshall Newhouse struggling and Andre Smith injured. He stepped in with no preparation and played incredibly well. They will expect the same if not more, now that he has time to prepare for the upcoming season.
The former Texan and Cardinal will be entering his first full season with the Bengals and will play a vital role in what many fans hope is the “make or break” season for starting quarterback Andy Dalton and this Bengals team.
The Bengals will face both of Winston’s former teams in 2015. Even though he is 31 years old, he proved last season that in a short season, he can provide more than expected. Can he carry that over to 2015? I can’t wait to find out.
