The Cincinnati Bengals 2015 preseason schedule has been announced and it has them facing three NFC opponents and another match up against the Indianapolis Colts. The Bengals’ twitter account announced the schedule for their preseason.

The Bengals will host the New York Giants in Week One and the Chicago Bears in Week Three. They will go to Tampa Bay in Week Two, where they barely escaped with a win last season due to the “unchallengeable challenge.” Their final preseason game will be in Indianapolis against the team that ended the Bengals’ season last year in the Wild Card round.

We know who the Bengals will face in the season, and the preseason looks like a strong warmup for a very difficult 2015. We now will wait for the remainder of the schedule to find out when they’ll enjoy their bye week as well as who they will play in their season and home openers. Facing the Steelers during Week One, Two, or Three would make for an easier matchup, as they will be missing starting running back Le’Veon Bell due to suspension.

The Bengals will look for a strong preseason from their depth. Those four games will be the stage for a few positional competitions and give us a look at “the next man up” in case somebody goes down.
