2015 NFL Draft: Bengals’ Fourth-Round Late Bloomers

Draft Day is approaching quickly and plenty of focus is on the Cincinnati Bengals, and rightfully so. The Bengals are an enigma of well coached, well disciplined, but falling short talent.  With four picks in the top 100, Cincinnati is primed to draft their specific needs early and often.  This really could be the year the Bengals address all their needs through the draft.

What about the later rounds, particularly the fourth round?  Any NFL owner and GM will be the first to say, or brag, about how their successful teams aren’t built in the first rounds, but in later rounds.  Look no further than All-Pro defensive tackle Geno Atkins.  Atkins was taken in the fourth round, 120th overall, in the 2010 draft, and what a player he has turned out to be.  The Bengals have two picks in the fourth round (120 and 135 overall) and will look to add depth, or even a starter here.
