Leterrius Walton, Defensive Tackle, Central Michigan

Leterrius Walton, a 6’5” 319-pound defensive tackle, is just what the Bengals are looking for.  He is the kind of guy who will get overlooked because he’s from the MAC and doesn’t possess the kind of “jump off the page” film like Khalil Mack from Buffalo did just a year ago.

That is quite all right.

Give that size, strength, and ability to a coach like Bengals defensive line coach Jay Hayes, and just watch the development.

Walton will also have the opportunity to learn behind veterans Geno Atkins and Domata Peko, and may even be a rotation guy by late 2015.  Many draft forecasters have Walton still available later in the fourth round, but if he is there at 120, the Bengals should not hesitate to scoop him up.
