Last year, the Bengals’ secondary played very well throughout a year that saw many important players get hurt. Despite playing well last year, a lot of change is bound to come at the end of this season as Leon Hall, Reggie Nelson, Dre Kirkpatrick, George Iloka, and Adam Jones all become free agents.
The Bengals should be able to bring back George Iloka, who is becoming one of the best safeties in the league. The questions lies within bringing back Reggie Nelson who is 31 years old. Either way the Bengals should make this selection due to the fact that both safeties become free agents and one must be replaced within, at least, the next few years anyway. Landon Collins is by far the best safety in the draft and would come in and make a instant impact.
