WR Tyler Lockett, Kansas State

The former Kansas State Wildcat broke 17 school records and was All-everything during his time with the Wildcats. He could go earlier than this, but the third round is where I think the Bengals have him.

Lockett will never be a dominate outside receiver and his size is concerning, but he is a Grade A, high character team player who helps in the return game and as a slot receiver right away. Good bloodlines, high character, extreme production, and an instant contributor. Check, check, check, and check.
