TE Tyler Kroft, Rutgers

Like last year, I have a feeling the Bengals will use some of their later round picks to move up and get a player and this could be a spot where it happens.

The consensus seems to be that this is not a good draft for tight ends, but I do feel that there are quality guys, like Tyler Kroft, that could come in and act as the Bengals second tight end right away.  Kroft also fits the mold of a “do all” player who can block and catch passes. He might hear his name called sooner than this, but I think he slots somewhere in this range.
