9. New York Giants

Iowa. Brandon Scherff. 9. player. 31. Scherff looks like he will be a superstar at the next level in his first game as a rookie. He gets his pads low and has great hand placement when engaging in blocks. He needs to get a bit stronger in his legs if he wants to stay on the inside of line.. Offensive Tackle

10. St. Louis Rams

Kevin White. 10. player. 51. Even though he only had one “elite” year at West Virginia, White shows all the skills you want in your number one receiver.. Wide Receiver. West Virginia

11. Minnesota Vikings

60. They have a lot of needs, but Mike Zimmer loves his defensive linemen and Danny Shelton won’t disappoint him.. Defensive Tackle. Washington. Danny Shelton. 11. player

12. Tennessee Titans (from Browns)

player. 35. After pulling off a huge trade earlier in the night, the Titans select Marcus Peters. As long as he keeps his nose clean, Peters can step right in and cover people on an island.. Cornerback. Washington. Marcus Peters. 12

13. New Orleans Saints

Wide Receiver. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 13. player. 15. Even though they drafted Brandon Cooks last year, Marques Colston is on the backside of his career and DeVante Parker is too special of a talent to pass up. Plus, when you lose as big of a player as Jimmy Graham, you have to find a way to replace it.

14. Miami Dolphins

Georgia. Todd Gurley. 14. player. 59. Miami wanted to trade up for a chance to get one of the “big 3” at WR, but since they couldn’t get a trade partner, they decided on Todd Gurley. As long as he can stay healthy, getting picked at 14 will seem like a steal. This guy has the vision, power and speed to be as good or better than Adrian Peterson, which makes him a great value and the best running back in the NFL draft.. Running Back

15. San Francisco 49ers

42. Don’t be surprised if the 49ers select CBs in the first and second round. Trae Waynes has great ball skills and can track a football down. If he gets beat, he also has great recovery speed.. Cornerback. Michigan State. Trae Waynes. 15. player

16. Houston Texans

Flowers is athletic enough to man both tackle spots, which will help whoever is under center for Houston.. Offensive Tackle. Miami (Fla.). Ereck Flowers. 16. player. 10
