Division Winner: Denver Broncos

The Broncos now realize what they have in Peyton Manning.  They have a legendary quarterback at the end of his career who needs help.  What did the Broncos do? Well, they are helping Peyton Manning.  Manning will still be Manning in the sense he is going to throw lots of touchdowns and lots of yards, and win lots of games.

However, if Peyton Manning is the league leader in touchdowns and yards by Week Nine, then Broncos fans should really worry.  It was very evident in last year’s Monday Night game against the Bengals that Manning’s arm was about worn out.  Take that to January in the playoffs and there really wasn’t much left.  If the Broncos want Manning to be effective in January, they will need a steady dose of great defense and running back Montee Ball.

Most Interesting Team: Oakland Raiders

The Raiders now have compiled two solid drafts, back-to-back, and really believe in second-year quarterback Derek Carr.  Silver and Black nation has never been hungrier for success and this really might be the year for it.  The Raiders seem poised to take another step forward, and all they have to do is “just win baby.”
