Giovani Bernard

Rounding out the Top 10 is my favorite selection. He is a Cincinnati fan favorite and a unstoppable offensive weapon. Giovani Bernard also known as “Juke” in the two man duo of him and “Nuke” Jeremy Hill has quickly establish himself as one of the leagues best offensive weapons. He is not a one of the leagues best running backs like Le’Veon, but when he has the ball in his hands he is one of the best players.

Bernard is a threat to take it the distance every time he touches the ball. Bernard can take a handoff, run through the tackles and break it for the distance as he did against Carolina for 89 yards to the endzone. Bernard can also take a pitch, reverse the field entirely and take it the distance as he did against Miami during his 35 yard touchdown run.

Although what seperates Giovani Bernard from the rest of the running backs in the league is his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. In two seasons Bernard has 99 receptions and 5 touchdowns receiving. If not for sharing the spotlight in the backfield and being injured. Bernard would be named one of the best players in the league, he is certainly one of the best in the AFC North.
