Fantasy Football: First Round Locks You Want

4 of 4

Marshawn Lynch RB – Seattle Seahawks

Last year I passed on Lynch thinking that with the amount of carries he’s had and winning the Super Bowl that he would have a down year. Well I was wrong and I’m not making that mistake again. Last year once again Lynch showed that he truly is a beast and ran for his 4th straight season of over 1200 yards and 12 or more touchdowns. Lynch also caught 37 passes with four touchdowns. With no true threat to his carries the Seahawks will once again use Lynch as their primary runner.

Le’Veon Bell RB – Pittsburgh Steelers

If Bell wasn’t suspended the first three games he would be the number one overall pick in most fantasy leagues. Bell still has an appeal in the works so his suspension could get reduced.  Bell had an MVP caliber season in 2014 with over 1300 yards on the ground to go along with 83 catches for 854 yards. Select Bell in the first round then pickup his backup DeAngelo Williams to fill in if needed while Bell serves his suspension.
