“Andy Dalton in Primetime.”

That’s what many fans will be talking about after Monday nights 11-25 stinker in Tampa. Andy Dalton threw two picks, although one of those interceptions was completely on A.J. Green, who dropped an easy pass into Alterraun Verner‘s hands; Verner then returned the pass for a touchdown.

Cincinnati’s starters disappointed on both sides of the ball, and although none of Cincinnati’s starters sustained any serious injuries, watching the Bengals’ starters get manhandled for an entire half was just infuriating. Sure, it was a preseason game, but the Bengals’ inconsistency still looks like something that could carry over into the regular season. Tackling was an issue for the defense and turnovers were an issue on offense; let’s dissect what happened tonight, taking a look at individual performances, roster battles and team issues.
