This preseason positional ranking series will focus on the AFC North, looking at each position and where each team stands in comparison with its rivals. And today, it will finally come to a close. We’ve looked at each team’s quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, offensive lines, defensive lines, linebackers and corners, so now let’s take a look at the safety tandems within the AFC North, determining which duo is best.

Safety play is crucial for defensive success, especially in the AFC North, a division loaded with quarterback talent.
