WR – Marvin Jones vs Oakland Raiders

Oakland has spent some cash in a valid attempt to upgrade at several positions on both sides of the ball. Last year the Raiders defense was last in the NFL for points allowed. A big part of that was in the defensive backfield where Oakland did not make any major upgrades. Jones is busting with big play potential and has a great chance to get into the end zone and catch 6-7 passes this week.

TE – Jordan Reed vs Miami Dolphins

The Redskins are going to be one of the worst teams in football this year, but that doesn’t matter as much in fantasy football. When healthy, Jordan Reed is one of Washington’s best players and will act as Kick Cousins check down guy against a tough Miami defense.  Over the last two years Reed has a catch-to-target percentage of 77%, in comparison Antonio Gate and Rob Gronkowski are at 66% for there careers. If your every going to take a chance, and role with Reed, week one couldn’t be a better opportunity because it’s probably the healthiest he will be all season.
