Offensive Guard
Richie Incognito, Marshal Yanda
Rex Ryan has built a bully on offense, and it starts with Richie Incognito. Incognito hasn’t flown as under-the-radar as his name would suggest; he has blossomed into one of the NFL’s best run-blocking guards. Behind Incognito, rookie running back Karlos Williams has excelled, rushing for 226 yards and three touchdowns on the season.
Marshal Yanda is a four-time Pro Bowler, so it’s no surprise that he lands here. He is easily the NFL’s best guard; he excels in both run-blocking and pass-blocking. There’s not much else left to say; Yanda is the number one guard in football.
