My biggest disappointment this season has been timeout management. They have wasted timeouts that could have been valuable at the end of a half or game. Luckily, unlike last year, they really haven’t lost because of poor timeout management or managing to get play calls in timely. Ok, rant over.
The Bengals coaches did a great job to get a lead and sustain it with even second string players in the fourth. Marvin Lewis was smart to rest players like Adam Jones, Tyler Eifert after he ended up with a pinched nerve, and sitting down Jeremy Hill after his injury. It made since to get them healthy for the next two divisional games than giving them time in a blowout win. The Bengals are back in the win column and now lead the division by three games. These final five weeks should be fun Bengals fans!
