The Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns have released their Thursday injury report. Here’s everything you need to know in preparation for Sunday.
The Bengals were back on the practice field on Thursday, hoping to see some progress from some of their several injured players.
After fully practicing on Wednesday, Vontaze Burfict was limited in practice on Thursday with a knee injury. However, there was some good news in the linebacking corps. Emmanuel Lamur was limited in practice after sitting out Wednesday’s practice.
The Bengals’ secondary has been overwhelmed with injuries, and things aren’t looking two bright for that position group in particular.
George Iloka, dealing with a groin injury, missed Thursday’s practice after being limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Both Adam Jones and Chris Lewis-Harris missed Thursday’s practice after missing Wednesday’s practice as well. Jones said that he was playing at 60 percent against the Rams last week, so it is possible he sees some time this week. The Bengals will likely try to limit his snaps, however.
Finally, Andrew Whitworth is back at practice after taking the day off on Wednesday. He fully participated in practice and has not suffered an injury substantial enough to generate any worries–he’s listed as healthy.
