After a disappointing and controversial ending to the 2015 season, it is time for Mike Brown and Marvin Lewis to decide which route they would like to travel when resigning free agents, who to draft, and if they will be a player come free agency. With the way the season ended, I think it is evident that the culture needs some minor tweaks to ensure nothing as embarrassing as the ending of the AFC Wild Card game happens again.
