Luckily, the Cincinnati Bengals training camp has been fairly uneventful for the first couple days. However, there are a few stories coming out of the first two days of training camp.

Tyler Eifert is still in a boot. The Bengals knew they were set to start camp without their top tight end, but the big question now is whether or not he will be ready for the season. Luckily for Eifert and the Bengals, there are still a little over six weeks until the start of the season.

Tyler Boyd shows off quarterback skills. Tyler Boyd proved at the University of Pittsburgh, he could run the ball and catch passes, but he added another skill to his versatile resume. He threw a great pass to Brandon Tate for a touchdown. Is it something the Bengals will do in the regular season or just camp showoff?

Do the Bengals have a Championship Defense? The Bengals defense is coming off one of their best red zone defensive seasons in recent memory. They may have given up yardage, but teams couldn’t score touchdowns. Can they continue their trend of dominance to keep offenses out of the end zone?

Tyler Eifert will avoid future pro bowls. Eifert said in a statement to reports that the pro bowl “Just isn’t worth it.” It was a freak accident and most players don’t get hurt in a game that is limited on hits, but big on scoring. However, Eifert’s injury, which forced him to get surgery in the offseason, has the Bengals star tight end thinking twice.

Ben Roethlisberger says it is time to mature the Steelers-Bengals riots into rivalry. There has been much talk about the Bengals-Steelers rivalry, between Adam Jones, Le’Veon Bell, and Antonio Brown. The Bengals and Steelers however have not made nice and will face each other in week two in Pittsburgh.
