With the upcoming season comes one of the most intriguing parts of the Bengals’ schedule. Get ready for training camp and the battles that occur.

Every team in the NFL will have some sort of a training camp battle. Whether it’s a quarterback battle or a fight to see who will be the No. 1 receiver, training camp battles are one of the few highlights to look out for in the offseason. Fans of a team can track information on the progress specific players have made.

Training camp is a way for fans to acknowledge how the players on their favorite team are doing and if there are any injuries, etc. Camp can also suck due to injuries that have occurred. More recently, William Jackson III had gotten injured during training camp which caused him to miss his whole rookie season. There’s a good and a bad to everything and that includes training camp.

Teams may have internal battles to help specific players get more playing time. Although franchises rarely acknowledge there’s a battle going on, there’s one each time for the players.

The Bengals have a lot of incoming talent that will challenge some of the older veterans for their jobs. Whether it’s from the draft or it’s younger players that are ready to take the next step, the Bengals will have a lot of entertaining battles in the following weeks.
