The Cincinnati Bengals finally have their 2018 rookie class as the NFL Draft concluded on Saturday afternoon. Let’s take a look at your questions.

The 2018 NFL Draft concluded on Saturday afternoon, and the Cincinnati Bengals now have their rookie class. After their 11 selections and 12 undrafted rookie free agent signings, we now have a better look at what the Bengals roster is going to look like this season. All of the debates on what the Bengals will or should do are now over, and we can discuss how they will do in 2018.

Cincinnati made it a point to draft versatility players in this draft bringing in players that could contribute in multiple areas. This is exciting as it addresses various needs on the roster. Not only that they can move around on the offensive or defensive side of the ball, but contribute on special teams as well which was an area of concern this offseason.

With the 2018 offseason slogan that the Bengals are in win-now mode and looking to compete this year, Cincinnati kept that going in the draft. Bringing in guys that could contribute right away while also adding depth for following seasons. Multiple players in this class should see significant snaps in starting roles or even rotational roles. This should be the year that head coach Marvin Lewis decides to use his rookies in more significant roles.
