Three Things the Bengals Must do this Off-season

As Bengals fans are in the midst of a coaching search this off-season, they also find themselves questioning the direction of the franchise under the leadership of owner/general manager Mike Brown. The team seems to be sputtering in the same sort of disappointing mediocrity that is characteristic of the Brown tenure, and one that fans should not have to stomach for much longer. At the same time, there is hope that with a new coach in Cincinnati, there will be a new direction for the struggling franchise. As free agency, the NFL Draft, and the head coaching search continue on in the Queen City, here are three things that the Bengals should look to accomplish this off-season.
