The reason I list these highly coveted signal callers as honorable mentions because the Bengals would have to move up to draft them more than likely. These guys are the captain obvious type of selections for teams searching for a young star QB. They have different playing styles and skill sets, but their raw talents would be too tempting to pass up in April’s draft.
