What Bengals proved with Week 5 win over Buffalo Bills
CINCINNATI, OH – OCTOBER 8: A.J. Green #18 of the Cincinnati Bengals runs the football in for a 77 yard touchdown reception during the first quarter of the game against the Buffalo Bills at Paul Brown Stadium on October 8, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. (Photo by Michael Reaves/Getty Images) /

Wide Receivers (6)

A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, Alex Erickson, Josh Malone, Cody Core & Stanley Morgan Jr.

When healthy, the Bengals have one of the best  receiving duos in the NFL with A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd.

Green is a seven-time Pro Bowler. Boyd is coming off a 2018 season that saw him haul in 1,028 yards and catch seven touchdowns in only 14 games.

Behind this duo, there will be plenty of jobs to be won. Who will be the odd man out? I’ll say former first round pick John Ross.

Out of Washington Ross, was known for his blazing speed and was expected to take pressure off of Green. Instead, Ross has struggled to stay on the field posting just 210 total receiving yards in 19 career games.

With rumors swirling that the Bengals may shop him, look for Alex Erickson, Josh Malone, Cody Core, and undrafted free agent Stanley Morgan Jr. to all make the team instead.
