Without question, the most exciting division in the NFL is the AFC North. With youth as the centerpiece, expect big things and a lot of winning. New Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor headlines a group of young faces soon to make a lot of noise.

With question marks a big part of the Cincinnati Bengals, they play in possibly the most competitive and potentially best division in all of the NFL. As training camps are now fully underway, fans are finally getting a look at what might, or might not be. If your team is in the AFC North, odds are you have reason to be excited.

Sure, the Bengals are already fighting the injury bug. A.J. Green is no minor loss. Not having the services of Jonah Williams, their first-round pick doesn’t help either. But all isn’t lost. Having quarterback Andy Dalton back is significant. If he can stay healthy, an opportunity to thrive in a new offense will be an immediate rejuvenation.

Youth is perhaps the biggest reason for optimism in the division. Both the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens have two second-year QB’s at the controls, while the Pittsburgh Steelers have a bonafide Hall of Famer still calling signals.

The North has three legitimate postseason threats. While the Cincinnati Bengals looks to be the odd team out, rookie head coach Zac Taylor has a chance to do what his former boss in Los Angeles did. Granted that looks to be a heavy lift for the new coach, but who would have ever picked the Rams to go from 4-12 to 11-5 in one season?

The AFC North will be a great division to watch play out in 2019. Who eventually wins it, is still anyone’s guess.
