With the Cincinnati Bengals sitting at 0-10 heading into Week 12, here are five bold predictions to close out the 2019 NFL season.

The Cincinnati Bengals may be breaking new ground. As they navigate their 0-10 start and prepare for the Pittsburgh Steelers, fans seem split on either all and out tanking, or still trying to win football games.

Zac Taylor, who should be on the hot seat if he isn’t already, has not been able to move the needle with this team. He’s benched Andy Dalton for rookie Ryan Finley, who has been substantially less than impressive. If, and I say IF the Bengals are in tank mode, Finley is the guy for the last six games. If Cincinnati is still in win mode, look for Jake Dolegala or maybe even a move back to Dalton.

0-16 isn’t a lock. Even with as bad as the Bengals have looked, the schedule has some games they can win. In Week 12, the Steelers will have some injury issues including the potential that JuJu Smith-Schuster doesn’t play. Against Cleveland on the road, Pittsburgh was hardly impressive. In December they also play the Miami Dolphins, a wobbly New York Jets, and two against the Browns. Even at 0 for 2019, Cincinnati could stumble into a win.

What else could happen to the Bengals in 2019? Well, given the way this season has gone, just about anything and everything is possible. Here are five things to keep an eye on.
