The Cincinnati Bengals are set to be among the teams with the most cap space in the league. Here, we look at five targets for the front office to pursue in free agency. 

The Cincinnati Bengals are staring down the barrel of one of the biggest off-seasons in franchise history. With the number one pick locked down and the ability to create a ton of cap space, the team has the ammunition it needs to pull the correct strings.

The front office has always been conservative when it comes to signing players from outside organizations. Still, this quote from Zac Taylor via @GeoffHobsonCin, provides hope for fans that the team is aware of their roster deficiencies.

As things stand, the two biggest weaknesses appear to be at the linebacker and offensive line positions. The team will have more than enough opportunity to address those units in the draft, however, it would be wise to shore them up before April comes. By doing so, the Bengals can opt to select the best player available in each round rather than drafting solely for need.

Regardless of how much cap space the team possesses, they are unlikely to go out and sign a big name such as Jack Conklin or Brandon Scherff. With that, here are five realistic targets for the Cincinnati Bengals to pursue in free agency this off-season.
