Stat predictions for the fully loaded Bengals offense

Tight End stat predictions
C.J. Uzomah: 31 receptions, 319 receiving yards, 3 touchdowns
The tight end position was not a huge part of the Bengals’ offense under Zac Taylor in 2019, and I expect that to be the case again in 2020. That does not have to be a bad thing for the Bengals’ offense. During Taylor’s time with the Los Angeles Rams, tight ends were not used much and they still had one of the top offenses in the league.
C.J. Uzomah will probably not post eye-popping stats in 2020, but he can be a suitable tight end for what Taylor’s offense requires. Fans can expect him to be the go-to tight end.
Drew Sample: 24 receptions, 233 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns
Considered a major reach in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, many fans have already decided that Drew Sample is a bust. Due to the previously mentioned lack of usage for tight ends in Zac Taylor’s offense, Sample likely won’t get many receiving opportunities. What he can do is contribute with his blocking abilities, which was his biggest strength in college. If he can help the Bengals’ weak offensive line, he could be an underrated gem.
