Offensive linemen Bengals should keep an eye on: Wyatt Davis

The Bengals don’t have to look far if they want to watch one of the most exciting offensive lineman prospects in the nation. Columbus, Ohio is home to Wyatt Davis, a guard that has the potential to transform the interior of any offensive line group he joins after his days in the scarlet and grey are over.

Davis is a former 5-star recruit that has lived up to the hype at every turn in his career with the Buckeyes. The 6’4, 315-pound California native demanded the attention of scouts last year during his redshirt sophomore season. He often put his overwhelming power on display while also showing nimble footwork and the necessary mobility to succeed at the NFL level.

He returns to lead the college football powerhouse in the 2020 campaign. If he can remain healthy for the entire slate of Ohio State’s games, he’ll have the experience the Bengals look for in their draft prospects.

The only other things he would need to do are continue his level of play from a season ago and show off his leadership ability. It’s still early, but if he does that, he looks like a perfect fit for the Bengals as a plug-and-play guard.
