If the Bengals are going to get their first win of the season on Thursday Night Football against the Browns, they will have to do these five things.

The Cincinnati Bengals suffered a disappointing 16-13 loss at the hands of the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. While it came down to the final seconds, the Bengals will have to forget about the painful defeat and move on to Cleveland, where they will play the Browns on Thursday Night Football.

Joe Burrow flashed his potential in his first game and Bengals fans have good reason for optimism despite the week one loss. As for the Browns, spirits are not nearly as high after a 38-6 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Despite this, the Browns head into the Thursday night matchup as -6.0 favorites over the Bengals. As Burrow seeks his first NFL win, the Bengals will have to fight hard to come out on top.

With a short week of preparation, head coach Zac Taylor will have to bring a good gameplan into the matchup against the Bengals’ Ohio rivals. If Taylor and the Bengals can do these five things, they can improve to 1-1 on the season.
