The Bengals and Washington Football Team have released their inactive lists for their game on Sunday.

Bengals players out on Sunday include running back Joe Mixon who was placed on injured reserve on Saturday and backup offensive tackle Fred Johnson. Mixon has been out the last three games with a foot injury deemed serious enough to put him on the IR. Head coach Zac Taylor seemed hesitant for Mixon to go on the IR.

Taylor stayed this week that Cincinnati did not like to put players on the IR if they had the possibility of returning before three games. After suffering injuries and COVID-19 absences in the last few games, the Bengals will have all their offensive linemen available against Washington except for Johnson per Bengals.Com.

Bengals inactives on Sunday in addition to Johnson according to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.Com are kicker Austin Seibert, wide receiver Mike Thomas and offensive linemen B.J. Finney and Keaton Sutherland. Thomas is out with a hamstring injury that gives the Bengals five active WRs against Washington.

Thomas has been a key reserve this season playing 28 percent of the snaps on offense and 19 percent on special teams. Finney has only played 31 snaps on special teams in seven games this season. Sutherland played only five snaps on special teams two weeks ago in the win over Tennessee.

Cincinnati will get its starting tackles, Jonah Williams and Bobby Hart who were out the last two games with a neck stinger and knee injury. Right guard Alex Redmond is expected to play despite a biceps injury. Getting the offensive line healthy is critical against a Washington team fifth in the NFL in sacks.

Washington Football Team inactives

The Washington Football team listed six players as inactive including two starters. Starting safety Deshazor Everett and wide receiver Dontrelle Inman are out on Sunday. Washington will also be without  DE Ryan Anderson, OT Cornelius Lucas and WR Jeff Badet. Everett has 21 tackles, two pass breakups and a forced fumble.

Inman has 17 receptions for 143 yards and two touchdowns this season and has played over 50 percent of the Washington snaps on offense when healthy. Badet and Anderson have bene situation reserves. Lucas played every snap against the New York Giants and Dallas before playing 73 percent of the snaps last week.

Washington announced lineup changes:

"Cam Sims is expected to start in place of No. 80 Dontrelle Inman at wide receiver.Morgan Moses is expected to start at left tackle.David Sharpe is expected to start at right tackle.Troy Apke is expected to start in place of Deshazor Everett at free safety."
