Best value picks for Bengals rivals – Baltimore Ravens: Tylan Wallace

The Ravens needed to address the wide receiver position in the 2021 NFL Draft and they did so in the first round with one of their two picks, grabbing Rashod Bateman at No. 27 overall. They didn’t stop there when it came to addressing wide receiver, however, also landing an absolute steal on Day 3 of the draft in Tylan Wallace of Oklahoma State.

I was pretty shocked to see Wallace plummet to the fourth round but that’s exactly what played out. The Ravens selected him late in the fourth round and they’re getting a guy who can destroy secondaries. He joins the arsenal of Hollywood Brown, Sammy Watkins, and Bateman, all of whom are going to be a pain in the sides of defenses.

Wallace might have slipped to Day 3 due to suffering an ACL injury during his college years but he showed he could ball out when he was healthy again, totaling over 900 yards receiving and scoring six touchdowns as a senior. He’s going to be a phenomenal weapon for Lamar Jackson in Baltimore and the Ravens got a downright steal with this pick.
