Primetime Games on Cincinnati Bengals 2021 Schedule

No. 4: Baltimore Ravens

It’s likely that the Bengals will face at least one of their division rivals in primetime this year and the Ravens are one of the league’s most exciting teams. Burrow vs Lamar Jackson is a very compelling matchup and could be why these two are picked for a Thursday night game.

My argument with picking this matchup is that it wasn’t competitive last year at all. The Ravens curb-stomped the Bengals in both meetings, winning 23-7 in October and 38-3 in the final game of the year. It was ugly for the Bengals and that’s why fans are likely hoping the Ravens aren’t their division rival for primetime.

That being said, the Bengals will be better this year and they should be able to muster more than a touchdown against Baltimore. Burrow didn’t even play in that second game, as he was injured at that point, so that’s definitely worth mentioning as well.

While this isn’t the most ideal matchup, the NFL loves putting Baltimore in primetime, and having them face their divisional foe is a strong possibility.
