Most Difficult Matchups on Cincinnati Bengals 2021 Schedule

No. 2: Baltimore Ravens

I thought about putting the Ravens No. 1 simply because of their dominance over the Bengals recently. The Bengals are riding a five-game losing streak against the Ravens and hope to break that this year.

If last year is any indication, however, Cincinnati is nowhere close to doing so, as the Ravens demolished them in both outings last year. Baltimore won the first matchup by a score of 27-3 and then took care of business against the Bengals in the season finale with a 38-3 final. It was an ugly series for Cincinnati and they hope to close the gap this time around.

Despite the dominance over the Bengals, Baltimore didn’t win the AFC North last year. They still made the postseason and Lamar Jackson won his first playoff game, doing so against the Titans. The Ravens and Browns are going to be the ones vying for the division title this year so every game matters for Baltimore and they’re going to make sure to keep their win streak going against the Bengals.

Hopefully, Bengals fans at least see improvement from this team against the Ravens, who have most definitely had Cincinnati’s number the past few years. This easily makes them one of the toughest teams on the schedule and lucky Bengals, they get to face Baltimore twice!
