Bengals fans want Myles Garrett to leave the AFC North

There are a few different players from the Browns that could leave the division and Bengals fans would be stoked but I went with Myles Garrett here because of how much of a difference he makes on their defense. Garrett went No. 1 overall in 2017 for a reason and that’s because he’s a freak of nature on the gridiron.

Garrett obliterated offenses a season ago, putting up 48 tackles, 18 quarterback hits, and 12 sacks. The former Texas A&M pass-rusher earned his contract extension that the Browns signed him to and he’ll be in Cleveland through 2026, meaning he’ll continue to make the Bengals life miserable for the next half-decade.

Last season saw Garrett feast against the Bengals offense, as he posted six tackles, four quarterback hits, three sacks, and two forced fumbles in his two games vs Cincy. He didn’t hold back nor does he ever and that’s why fans weren’t happy when he and Cleveland agreed on an extension.

I also considered putting Nick Chubb as the Browns’ representative on this list but even if Chubb weren’t in the division, Kareem Hunt still is, so it’s not like the running back situation is completely destroyed in Cleveland.

Maybe something will come up in the next few years that will lead to Garrett wanting out of Cleveland and the AFC North as a whole. Then again, he went through an 0-16 season so it’s not like things could get much worse for him with the Browns.
