Former No. 1 overall pick Joe Burrow is entering his second season with the Cincinnati Bengals with high expectations. With a talented group of skill players, he might just live up to the billing.

After coming into 2020 with lofty expectations being the first overall draft choice, Burrow had a great rookie season. Before going down with an injury he was one of two rookie quarterbacks who were having outstanding campaigns and was giving fans of the Cincinnati Bengals hope.

Now with the hope that he is able to be back in time for the first game of the 2021 season (and with a 17 game season), many fans are hoping Burrow sets sky-high numbers.

The Bengals did not do much to help Burrow by fixing the offensive line, however, the addition of Ja’Marr Chase is a huge boost that should make the wide receiver group among the best in the NFL. With that level of talent surrounding Burrow, it is easy to see why fans and analysts are all in on the Burrow hype train.

But, how could these expectations turn into stats? Rather than just make claims that he will be special this year, here are three predictions I have for Joe Burrow during the course of the 2021 season.
