Cincinnati Bengals matchups to watch
Logan Wilson vs. Najee Harris
It is expected that Logan Wilson is going to be LB1 in the Bengals defense. This will be in large part because of his ability to play against the pass. One of his responsibilities will have to deal with this year is Steelers running back, Najee Harris.
It is not lost on the fans or the organization that covering running backs out of the backfield has been a problem for the team. Bengals linebackers have struggled in this area in recent years.
Coming out of college, Pro Football Focus scored Wilson as the best-rated linebacker against the run.

While his run-stopping ability is a plus in the AFC North, he was also excellent in coverage which will be tested again this year when he will more than likely be responsible for covering the rookie running back out of the backfield when the Bengals and Steelers clash in their two meetings this year.
In his college career, Harris hauled in 80 receptions, 781 yards, 11 receiving touchdowns, and averaged 9.9 yards per reception. He is a do-it-all back and Pittsburgh will rely heavily on the rookie back in the passing game. This is especially the case if Ben Roethlisberger struggles to get the ball downfield again this year.
Those glowing pre-draft grades for Wilson are going to be put to the test when he faces Harris in those head-to-head matchups which will surely occur.
