Bengals: 6 bubble players that deserve to make final roster

Bubble Players Who Should Make Bengals Roster
5. Trent Taylor
The Bengals have a stacked wide receiver room and that doesn’t stop at the starters. Trent Taylor is proof of that and he’s battling hard for the fifth/sixth wide receiver spot on the depth chart.
Taylor was signed around OTAs and most figured he’d be an option as a return specialist. While that’s still a possibility for Taylor if he makes the team, he’s made the most of his opportunities this summer, standing out early on in training camp.
Taylor stated a strong case to make the roster during Sunday’s game and for anyone who watched the game, you know exactly what I’m talking about here. Taylor grabbed a pass that was batted into the air by a defender and then took it 45 yards down the field and nearly found the end zone in the process. It was like something you’d see happen in Madden.
If Trent Taylor got in the end zone, Paul Brown Stadium would have erupted. Most entertaining play of the preseason.

Taylor finished the preseason finale with three catches for 59 yards and that near score. He also ran with the ball once and got four yards on the play. He needs to be included on the roster because of the versatility he provides.
