Trey Hendrickson vs. Rashod Hill

Undoubtedly, from a competitive standpoint, the most fun matchup to watch between an offensive tackle and defensive end will be Trey Hendrickson vs. Brian O’Neill. He is the cornerstone of the Vikings’ offensive line, and they just paid him like it with a five-year, $92.5 million extension.

It would be great to see the Bengals’ ends get home against him. However, the clear advantage is going against tackle Rashod Hill.

Hendrickson is the Bengals’ big-money free agent they brought in to upgrade a dismal pass rush. They have a chance to reap the benefits of this signing right out of the gate with Hill will be called upon to protect Cousins’ blind side.

If Hendrickson can disrupt the Vikings’ passing game, that could go a long way in slowing down Minnesota’s dynamic receivers. Hopefully, he can make it a long day for Hill, Cousins, and the entire Vikings offense.
