Vikings to Watch – Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen

I’m going to lump two players into one here because the Vikings have one of the top duos of wide receivers in Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson.

Thielen is the veteran of this group and has really come alive over the last five years as being one of the best wide receivers in the game. He has increased his ability to make key catches and winds up in the endzone a lot. He was able to reach new heights last season when the Vikings got a steal in the draft by adding Justin Jefferson.

Jefferson was the best rookie wide receiver and helped turn this offense into more of a multi-dimensional threat. He and Thielen provided Kirk Cousins with two of the top options and help take some of the pressure of Dalvin Cook in the run game.

With the Cincinnati Bengals going to almost an entirely new secondary, there are still a lot of question marks as to whether this is an improvement. This will be a huge test for the new group to see if they can slow down two of the best wide receivers in the game.
