Bengals Weekly MVP’s

Defensive MVP: Logan Wilson

Logan Wilson had an excellent game, and if he fell on the forced fumble by Trey Hendrickson instead of trying to scoop it and run with the ball, then he would have had one of the best games by a defensive player this week.

Not only did he have the late-game interception, which led to a Tee Higgins touchdown and made the game a lot more interesting but he also had three tackles and assisted six tackles. Open field tackling will be something that needs to improve from all of the players on our defense, but as the leader and one calling the plays, Wilson had done an incredible job having the defense prepared play by play.

Wilson is the quarterback of the defense and this is only year two for him, so that speaks volumes about his work ethic and his intelligence as a player and teammate. Logan Wilson is this week’s defensive MVP.
