Man, can this guy kick or what?

Evan McPherson didn’t see the field a lot due to the lack of scoring on offense, but he picked up exactly where he left off last week against the Vikings.

In the third quarter, he saw his very first attempt. After sitting for a whole half to come in and kick a 53-yard field goal with no prior attempts shows how prepared and ready he stays on the sideline. Once the ball was snapped, there was never a doubt.

McPherson went on to drill his subsequent two extra-point attempts and so far remains perfect early on in the year. He has proved anybody wrong who might be against drafting a kicker because this is now McPherson’s second consecutive week being the weekly Special Teams MVP.
