Winner – Logan Wilson

Fans were expecting Logan Wilson to step into more of a leadership role this year even with it only being year two for the linebacker. He showed why the organization was leaning heavily on him this season with two interceptions (giving him three on the year) and flying all over the field, finishing the day with 14 total tackles.

There hasn’t been a defender more important to this team than that of Wilson. He’s been an incredible leader on the defensive side of the ball and he’s definitely played a big role in the resurgence of this group.

Winner – Sam Hubbard

Speaking of defensive leaders, Sam Hubbard had a big day in the Steel City. He recorded his first sack of the season and also had some pressure on Ben Roethlisberger that led to Wilson getting one of his two interceptions. Hubbard finished the day with six total tackles, two quarterback hits, and one sack.
