Bengals Game Tonight: Bengals vs. Jaguars injury report, schedule, live stream, TV channel and betting preview for Week 4 NFL game
After a huge win against the rival Steelers on Sunday, the Cincinnati Bengals have a short week while they prepare for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football.
As of now, this is Cincinnati’s only game in primetime, which is unfortunate, but understandable considering they won just four games last year. This primetime matchup against the Jaguars was likely picked as Cincy’s Thursday night game due to the quarterbacks being back-to-back No. 1 overall picks.
Joe Burrow and Trevor Lawrence also faced each other in the 2019 National Championship Game with Burrow’s LSU Tigers getting the best of Lawrence’s Clemson Tigers. Both guys are still playing for a team with a feline as its mascot but now they’re pro quarterbacks with Burrow’s Bengals hoping to move to 3-1 this year and Lawrence’s Jaguars still searching for win No. 1.
Bengals Injury Report vs. Jaguars Week 4
The following players have been ruled out
Safety Jessie Bates
Wide Receiver Tee Higgins
Jessie Bates Injury Update
Fan-favorite Jessie Bates popped up on the injury report this week and not having him on the field for this game would be massive, especially with Chidobe Awuzie unavailable as well. Bates did not practice on Monday or Tuesday, which doesn’t bode well for him suiting up on a short week of rest. The Bengals ruled him out on Wednesday, so Cincinnati will be without one of their leaders in the secondary.
Bengals vs. Jaguars Odds and Betting Pick Week 4
According to WynnBET, the Bengals are 7.5-point favorites for their tilt with the Jaguars with a moneyline of -370. The underdog Jaguars have a moneyline of +275. The over/under amount of points has been set at 46.5.
With the Jaguars starting a rookie quarterback and still searching for their first win, it’ll be hard for them to march into Paul Brown Stadium and get that first W. Cincinnati is coming off a huge win over their hated rival Steelers and you better believe they’ll be feeding off that energy.
The Bengals walk away with their second straight win with a 28-20 victory.
