For brevity, I am lumping all of the Ravens’ backs together. Also because you just don’t know from week to week which scrub or washed-up veteran they will be featuring.

Devonte Freeman, Latavius Murray, Ty’son Williams, and the newly activated Le’Veon Bell of Pittsburgh Steeler fame all present fantasy owners with the same problem — Who the hell is going to get the ball?

How far away from the two-headed monster of Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins have the Ravens fallen? In short, very.

It’s not as if any of the four aforementioned “prospects” aren’t capable of putting up a decent fantasy Sunday, but are you willing to roll the dice and hope it’s a Murray game? Are we jumping into the time machine and going back to 2015 and rolling Bell out?

No, pass on the entire backfield relative to running backs and look for alternatives elsewhere.
