The Cincinnati Bengals have gotten off to a 4-2 start, which is their best start since the 2018 season. They have their toughest task yet this weekend, as they’ll head to Baltimore for a date with the 5-1 Ravens.

To say the Ravens have had the Bengals’ number in the Lamar Jackson era would be an understatement, as they’ve flat out smoked the stripes in recent years. Last year, Cincinnati totaled just six points in two games against the Ravens. That’s not a typo — Six points is all the Bengals could muster through two games.

This year’s Bengals team might be different and this is their chance to prove it. Can they come out on top?

Bengals Injury Report vs Ravens Week 7

The following players are inactive for today’s game:

Defensive End Darius Hodge

Cornerback Nick McCloud

Defensive Tackle Tyler Shelvin

Wide Receiver Mike Thomas

Jackson Carman Injury Update

Rookie offensive guard Jackson Carman landed on the COVID list last week but was active for the game. He didn’t get the start, however, as the Bengals opted to go with rookie Trey Hill at right guard, which didn’t end well.

Carman came into the game and then had to be carted off midway through. He was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday but had full practices on Thursday and Friday.

Bengals vs Ravens Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 7

WynnBET has the Bengals as 6.5-point underdogs, which is understandable given their struggles against the big bad Ravens in the past. The moneyline grab for Cincinnati sits at +225 while the Ravens’ is at -275. Over/under is set at 45.5 points.

This year’s Bengals team is better than the group last year who got their butts handed to them by the Ravens. At the same time, however, they have to prove it. We haven’t seen them actually compete against the Ravens so it’s hard to think they can cover, especially on the road, though I do think they’ll come close to covering. I’ll go with a Ravens 27-20 victory.
